From portraits to still life, mind bending pictures to hand crafted claywork, the artists featured in the third year of the GCSE Art and Photography have astounded us once again.

More than 50 students participated this year, thanks to the commitment of teachers, and parents who are championing the role of art in our pupils’ talents. Our moderator was overwhelmed by the passion, insight and skill in the artworks they saw, and expressed how difficult it was selecting the best artworks now exhibited for one week only in our very own Helsdon Hall.

Bella Esposito, Art and Photography student, was awarded a variety of accolades, including ‘Best Portfolio’

Made by students aged 15–17, this exhibition is a showcase and celebration of the imagination and creativity of young artists in our community.

Please take a look at their work below- an exhibition of their work was held on 22nd June with a celebration evening and visit from Great Yarmouth's Lord Mayor, Councillor Penny Carpenter. Many teachers, pupils, friends and parents attended. They were overjoyed at the quality and creativeness on show. Well done to all who took part. The art department wish all pupils the very best for the future.
